Jeep is bringing one of the most popular aftermarket modifications for its midsize pickup to the factory floor with the introduction of the 2027 Jeep Gladiator 35-inch Tire Launch Edition. Available for a limited production run, the new edition combines factory-installed 35-inch all-terrain tires, upgraded suspension hardware and exclusive bronze accents on the Willys, Rubicon and Rubicon X trims.
The launch edition addresses demand from Gladiator owners who want larger tires without sourcing and installing aftermarket components. Its factory-engineered package integrates the tires with suspension, gearing, axles and braking hardware designed to support enhanced off-road performance.
Factory-Engineered Off-Road Capability
The 35-inch Tire Package equips the Gladiator with a one-inch factory suspension lift, a 4.56 final-drive ratio, heavy-duty Dana axles and performance brakes. The setup also includes 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, highline fender flares and wheel-flare extensions, creating additional clearance and a more aggressive stance.
Jeep quotes 12.9 inches of ground clearance, alongside approach, breakover and departure angles of 46.7, 23.3 and 26.7 degrees, respectively. These figures support the truck’s ability to negotiate steep obstacles and uneven terrain while reducing the risk of underbody contact.
A full-time 4:1 transfer case is also included in the package, providing the low-range gearing needed for controlled progress over demanding trails.
By integrating these components at the factory, Jeep offers buyers a complete configuration engineered around the larger tires rather than requiring them to assemble a compatible setup independently.
Bronze Accents Set the Launch Edition Apart
Beyond its mechanical upgrades, the limited-production model receives bronze-painted wheels, bronze Jeep badging and accents, and matching bronze tow hooks. Exclusive hood, side and tailgate graphics distinguish the edition from standard Gladiator models.
The Rubicon and Rubicon X add further hood and vent graphics, while the Rubicon X receives an exclusive side-door graphic and a Jeep performance hood with a unique decal. The performance hood is also available on specified configurations.
Limited Production, North American Availability
The 2027 Jeep Gladiator 35-inch Tire Launch Edition is now available to order in North America. Production will be limited, positioning the model as a factory-built alternative for buyers seeking enhanced trail capability and distinctive styling.
The package also expands the Gladiator’s customization options while retaining the engineering integration and factory support associated with a manufacturer-installed upgrade.
