Now, Jeep® even released a new expanded lineup for 2022 with a two-row, 4xe plug-in-hybrid model and a three-row Grand Cherokee L model.
Some of the features that really made the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee stand out is its bigger interior capacity, premium amenities, next-generation safety features, as well as a new plug-in hybrid powertrain. Other impressive features include a spacious three-row version which was offered for the first time, more agile and efficient powertrains, and a luxurious interior that features modern, hand-crafted materials with the top-of-the-line technology in its class.

Building on its legacy as the most awarded SUV, the all-new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee introduced a new plug-in hybrid powertrain. The first-ever Grand Cherokee 4xe will be able to drive roughly around 25 miles of all-electric range, (57 miles per gallon equivalent (MPGe). providing a combined driving range of more than 440 miles or 708 km. The propulsion system of the 4xe puts together two electric motors, a 400-vold battery pack and a 2.0-liter turbocharged, four-cylinder engine matched with TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission to give maximum efficiency and capability.
Last year, the three-row model of the Grand Cherokee made its debut as Jeep’s answer to the growing needs of their customers who wanted more space and functionality. The Grand Cherokee L was designed to maximize overall passenger comfort, with its unmatched third-row capacity, bigger cargo volume, and with seating that can accommodate up to seven passengers. The expanded wheelbase of the Jeep Grand Cherokee provides a much bigger interior room that provides passengers huge, spacious legroom in the second row.
Equipped with premium style and craftsmanship both inside and out, the Jeep Grand Cherokee has a lot to offer with more than 110 advanced safety and security features which includes 360-degree surround view, advanced driver-assist systems, night vision cameras, and drowsy driver detection. Most innovative techniques include rear-seat monitoring camera system, 10.25-inch front passenger screen, and rear-seat entertainment displays with built-in Amazon Fire TV. A 19-speaker, 950-watt McIntosh audio system is also available at a premium.
As standard, the Jeep Grand Cherokee is also equipped with the award-winning Uconnect 5 infotainment system.
