A highly modified 2023 Jeep Gladiator Sport S is now available on Bring a Trailer, showcasing SoFlo Customs’ extreme interpretation of the midsize pickup through its Apocalypse Hellfire 6×6 conversion. Originally delivered new to the Fort Lauderdale-based builder, the Gladiator underwent an extensive transformation that dramatically altered its chassis, bodywork, suspension, and drivetrain while preserving the factory 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 at its core.
The conversion began with significant structural revisions, including a stretched frame and an extended cargo bed to accommodate a six-wheel-drive layout. A custom middle axle based on a Ford 9-inch design was integrated between the factory front and rear Dana 44 axles, creating the truck’s signature 6×6 configuration. The entire exterior was then coated in a rugged Kevlar-infused Line-X bedliner finish, providing both an aggressive appearance and enhanced protection against harsh environments.
Distinctive styling elements further separate the Hellfire from a standard Gladiator. The truck features oversized fender flares, Apocalypse-branded metal fender liners, a Fab Fours “grumper” front fascia, and a SoFlo Mojave-inspired vented hood fitted with a transparent glass panel. Additional upgrades include a slant-back bed cover with a roll-and-lock mechanism, power-retractable side steps, smoked LED taillights, RGB halo headlights, LED turn signals, an Apocalypse-branded tailgate, a DV8 Offroad rear bumper, and a 9,500-pound front-mounted winch, emphasizing both utility and visual impact.
The suspension has been comprehensively reworked to match the truck’s imposing proportions. Riding on black 22-inch Fuel Off-Road alloy wheels wrapped in massive 40×15.50-inch Nitto Trail Grappler M/T tires, the Gladiator benefits from a lifted suspension equipped with remote-reservoir Fox shocks and an adjustable Teraflex front track bar. Steering precision is enhanced through a quick-adjust stabilizer, while ventilated disc brakes with silver-finished calipers provide stopping power at all six wheels.
Inside, the cabin has been upgraded with premium materials and custom detailing. The front bucket seats, center armrest, and rear bench have been retrimmed in black leather accented by Lamborghini-inspired white patterned stitching. Apocalypse-branded floor mats reinforce the bespoke theme, while technology upgrades include a Stinger 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a Rough Country switch pod for auxiliary controls, automatic climate control, a rearview camera, power windows, and removable roof panels for open-air driving. The Apocalypse-branded multifunction steering wheel sits ahead of a configurable digital instrument cluster featuring a 6,000-rpm tachometer and a 120-mph speedometer. At the time of listing, the odometer displayed approximately 1,100 miles, reflecting minimal use since completion.
Power comes from Jeep’s factory 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6, producing 260 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. The engine has been paired with a custom 2.5-inch exhaust system incorporating a Y-pipe for a more distinctive exhaust note. An eight-speed automatic transmission distributes power through custom driveshafts to either the rear wheels or all six wheels, depending on driving conditions. The custom Ford 9-inch center axle features TrueTrac 35-spline axle shafts, while all three axles have been upgraded with aggressive 5.13:1 gearing to improve low-speed capability and maximize off-road performance. The result is a striking six-wheeled Gladiator engineered to combine extreme terrain capability with unmistakable road presence.
