Taking place from August 6-9, 2026, the annual festival returns to downtown Toledo, Ohio, marking 85 years of Jeep history while commemorating a decade of Toledo Jeep Fest itself. With thousands of Jeep owners expected to converge on the city where every modern Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator is built, this year’s event expands its lineup with new attractions, entertainment, and community partnerships.
Following record attendance in recent years, organizers expect another massive turnout as visitors from across the United States gather to celebrate one of America’s most recognizable automotive brands.
A Milestone Celebration for Jeep and Toledo
The 2026 festival carries added importance as it honors Jeep’s 85th anniversary, highlighting the company’s enduring relationship with Toledo, where Jeep production has remained a cornerstone of the city’s manufacturing identity since 1941.
This year also marks the first time that Jeep and Stellantis have joined Mercy Health as co-presenting sponsors, reinforcing the automaker’s commitment to the event and its hometown. Organizers believe the expanded partnership will help deliver an even larger and more engaging experience for attendees.
Last year’s festival welcomed more than 100,000 visitors representing 40 states, generating an estimated $8.3 million in economic impact for the Toledo region. With additional programming and new attractions planned for 2026, expectations are even higher.
According to Event Director Whitney Rofkar, the festival has introduced fresh experiences and strengthened partnerships to make this year’s celebration its most memorable yet.
New Attractions Headline the 2026 Festival
Among the biggest additions this year is Party in the Park, a new Friday evening celebration at Promenade Park. Visitors can enjoy live entertainment featuring a Garth Brooks tribute band, followed by a spectacular drone light show commemorating Jeep’s 85-year legacy.
Saturday’s All-Jeep Parade will once again serve as the festival’s signature event. Leading the procession as Grand Marshal is Brad Kowitz, founder of the popular TrailRecon YouTube channel and a retired U.S. Navy Master Chief. Nearly 1,400 Jeeps are expected to parade through downtown Toledo, showcasing everything from meticulously restored classics to heavily modified trail rigs.
Transportation throughout the festival receives additional support from TARTA, while Circle K joins as the Official Fuel Sponsor. Festival attendees can visit Circle K’s Vendor Midway display for complimentary snacks, interactive games, and photo opportunities with Cuppie, the company’s towering 20-foot Polar Pop inflatable mascot.
Another highlight comes during Saturday’s official ceremony, when the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority presents a military flyover by the Scream N’ Rebels War Birds. The historic squadron will showcase several rare training aircraft, including the exceptionally scarce Vultee BT-13 SNV-1, one of only two still flying in the United States, alongside a North American AT-6 Texan and a T-34 Mentor.
Four Days Packed With Jeep Activities
Festivities begin Thursday with the Welcome Party at Monroe Superstore in nearby Michigan, where attendees can experience complimentary rides on an 18-obstacle Jeep off-road course while enjoying live entertainment, food trucks, vendors, and giveaways.
Friday officially launches Toledo Jeep Fest with the Glass City Crawler Block Party, featuring Jeep obstacle demonstrations, vehicle-crushing exhibitions, articulation challenges, and the returning WaughStrong Competition, where competitors tackle physically demanding challenges inspired by off-road driving.
Throughout the weekend, visitors can explore the bustling Vendor Midway, the Indoor Jeep Exhibit, and Jeep Base Camp, offering product displays, aftermarket accessories, educational exhibits, and interactive experiences.
Saturday remains the festival’s busiest day. After the All-Jeep Parade concludes, downtown Toledo transforms into the massive Outdoor Park-N-Shine, showcasing more than 2,000 customized Jeeps ranging from vintage military vehicles to modern rock crawlers and overlanding builds. The afternoon also features the Glass City Center Speaker Series, followed by the festival’s official commemorative ceremony.
The weekend concludes Sunday with the Med1Care Jeep 4-Miler and the MOBIS 1-Mile Walk, providing a family-friendly finish to four days of Jeep celebration.
Entertainment for the Entire Family
Beyond the vehicles, Toledo Jeep Fest continues to expand its family-focused programming. The Kids’ Zone at Imagination Station offers a Jeep-themed Power Wheels driving course, hands-on science exhibits, and educational activities designed for younger visitors.
Animal lovers can stop by the Paws Playzone, while hobbyists can test their driving skills on the RC Rock Crawling Course located inside the Indoor Jeep Exhibit.
The exhibit itself serves as a centerpiece of the festival, displaying Jeep models spanning more than eight decades of production and illustrating the evolution of one of the automotive industry’s most iconic nameplates.
